Nairobi

Meet and greet at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our driver guide. After a brief introduction transfer to your Nairobi Hotel for overnight accommodation on BB.

Nairobi – Samburu Game Reserve

Morning breakfast and depart for Samburu. Deep in Kenya’s arid northlands is the “Born Free” Country. This was the location for the popular TV show Survivor Africa and numerous world acclaimed films such as “to walk with lions, Born Free, Out of Africa and the great crocodile Trial.

Samburu is also famous for its rare northern species such as Grevy zebra, Reticulated Giraffe, Beisa Oryx and Gerenuk among others.

After lunch spend the early afternoon at leisure and enjoy a late afternoon game drive in search of wildlife.

Dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp. (B/L/D)

Samburu National Park

Early morning tea or coffee and depart for a game drive in search of wildlife. Return to the lodge and spend the day at leisure. Afternoon game drives at 1600 hrs.

Samburu – Aberdares

After breakfast, depart for Aberdare National Park. Enjoy a leisurely transfer as you pass pineapple, coffee and tea plantations arriving in time for lunch at the base Hotel — Aberdare Country Club.

After lunch a transfer will be arranged to the famous tree lodge — The Ark Lodge. Spend the afternoon at leisure as you view wildlife directly from the lodge where they come for water and salt lick.

Aberdare – Lake Nakuru

After morning breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru via Nyahururu for a brief stopover at Thomson falls. Proceed to Nakuru arriving for Lunch at the lodge.

In the afternoon you will drive deeper into the lake Nakuru national park a designated rhino sanctuary, and it is one of the best places in Kenya to observe them. Both black and white Rhinos thrive here. Besides the greater and lesser flamingos, the park is home to many other birds’ species including, the Great Crested Grebe, the black necked Grebe, little Grebe, Pelicans, Cormorant, African Darter, Egyptian Geese, night Heron, Fish Eagle, grey Heron, Marabou stork, Sacred and Hadada Ibis. Lunch will be at a sight in the park.

Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara

Depart after breakfast further south in the Great Rift valley to Masai Mara. This is a vast area of grassy plains converging by the meandering Mara River. It is an African Gem and an area rich in culture, tradition, beauty and home to the big five. Afternoon game drives at 1600 hrs.

Masai Mara

Next 2 days spend on morning and afternoon game drive, watching the savannah and wild. Later visit a local cultural Masai village to learn more about this unique tribe that co-exist freely with wildlife. Afternoon game drives at 1600 hrs. in search of the big five.

Masai Mara – Nairobi

After breakfast, depart for Nairobi. Arrive in the midafternoon. Drop off at the airport for your flight out or city hotel.
